A pleasing complement to any hearty meal, particularly roasts, stews, prime rib and strong cheeses. Serve at room temperature.

Soil: Alluvial and gravelly.
Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production Technique: The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel tanks of medium capacity, which allow a good extraction of color, and varietal flavors. 35% of the wine is aged in medium toasted French oak. After four months of aging, the wine is fined with gelatine, filtered and cold stabilized. It is bottled early to keep all the fruit and aromas.
Bouquet: Characteristically complex and fruity.
Taste: Rich, silky, well-balanced, full-bodied.
Alcohol Content: 13.2%.
